These Terms of Use govern access to MubiGames. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
MubiGames provides discovery pages and access to approved HTML5 browser games. Games may be supplied by independent providers and are subject to availability, licensing, device support, age suitability, and provider requirements. MubiGames may correct, suspend, replace, or remove content when reasonably necessary.
Permitted use
You may use MubiGames for personal, lawful entertainment. You must not attack or disrupt the service; bypass player, security, rights, or access controls; introduce malware; scrape or republish protected content without permission; impersonate another person; or use the service in a way that violates law or another party’s rights.
Games, providers, and links
A provider remains responsible for its own game runtime, advertising, tracking, and provider terms. A public URL does not prove that a game is free to copy or embed. MubiGames reviews sources and rights but cannot guarantee that every third-party service will remain available, error-free, or suitable for every device. External links lead to services outside MubiGames’ control. See the Game and Provider Disclaimer for more detail.
Intellectual property
The MubiGames brand, original interface, code, and editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Game names, artwork, code, trademarks, and other provider materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used only under the applicable permission or legal basis. No ownership is transferred to a visitor.
No accounts or purchases
MubiGames currently does not provide player accounts or sell games. Favorites and Recently Played are stored locally in the browser as explained in the Privacy Policy. If accounts, purchases, subscriptions, competitions, or prizes are introduced, additional terms will be provided before those features are enabled.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. MubiGames does not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every browser or device, preservation of local browser data, or error-free third-party games. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MubiGames is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from unavailable third-party games, loss of browser-local preferences, external services, or misuse of the website. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and applicable law
These terms may change when the service, law, or provider relationships change. Material revisions will receive a truthful updated date. Applicable mandatory consumer and other laws continue to apply. No clause in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
