This Privacy Policy explains how MubiGames handles information when you browse the website and play games. MubiGames currently does not require a player account and does not sell personal information.
Information handled when you visit
The web server and hosting infrastructure may process standard technical records such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, referrer, date and time, and error or security events. These records are used to deliver, protect, troubleshoot, and maintain the website. The production hosting provider and applicable retention schedule will be identified before the public service launches.
If you contact MubiGames, the information you choose to send—such as your name, email address, message, and supporting evidence—is used to answer and manage that request.
Language preference
Polylang sets the first-party functional cookie pll_language to remember whether you selected English or Spanish. In the audited configuration it stores a language code for up to one year, uses the site path, and uses SameSite=Lax. It is necessary for consistent language routing and is not used by MubiGames for advertising.
Favorites and recently played games
MubiGames uses the first-party browser storage key mubigames.engagement.v1 for Favorites and Recently Played. It stores a bounded list of public game-card details: game ID, title, same-origin page and image URLs, image dimensions, category, language, and a local update time. Recently Played is limited to 16 items by default and Favorites to 100.
This information stays in your browser and is not sent to WordPress, an analytics service, or another website. You can remove a favorite, clear recent history on the homepage, or clear MubiGames site data in your browser. If browser storage is blocked, changes last only for the current visit.
Games and third-party providers
A game from an approved provider is not loaded until you press Play unless a provider-specific review explicitly permits another behavior. Once loaded, the provider may receive technical information and may use its own cookies, storage, advertising, or analytics under its terms and privacy notice. MubiGames documents each real provider before enabling it. Current Playgama games connect to Playgama after Play and may include provider-controlled advertising or in-game purchases. Consent, advertising, and analytics
MubiGames uses Complianz to present cookie choices and remember a visitor’s consent preferences. MubiGames display advertising and analytics remain disabled. The current consent configuration must be reviewed again before an advertising or analytics service is enabled. Advertising or tracking inside a licensed third-party game, if any, is controlled by that provider after the player chooses to load the game.

Sharing and processors
Information may be processed by service providers needed to host, secure, and operate MubiGames, or disclosed when required by applicable law. MubiGames does not permit a provider to use information for an undisclosed purpose merely because it supplies a technical service.
Children
MubiGames is designed for a broad audience and does not knowingly ask children to create accounts or submit personal profiles. Parents and guardians should review a game’s provider information and supervise children where appropriate. Contact MubiGames if you believe a child has submitted personal information that should be removed.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. These rights are not absolute in every situation. Use the Contact page to make a request; identity verification may be necessary before information is disclosed or changed.
Security, retention, and changes
MubiGames uses proportionate technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Personal information is kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, disputes, and security. Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a truthful updated date.
