Prepare a copyright notice
Send copyright notices to the MubiGames Team at contact@mubigames.com. A notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works.
- Identification and exact MubiGames URL of the material you want reviewed.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
MubiGames may request more information, restrict access while reviewing, notify the provider or uploader, preserve relevant records, and restore material when appropriate. Misrepresentations can have legal consequences.
Counter-notice
If your material was restricted by mistake or misidentification, use the same email address and provide identification of the removed material and its previous location, your contact details, the statements and consent-to-jurisdiction required by applicable law, and your physical or electronic signature. Obtain legal advice if you are unsure.
Provider and licensing reports
For a contractual, attribution, trademark, or provider-policy concern that is not a copyright takedown request, identify the game, exact URL, right or term involved, and supporting evidence. Follow the Contact guidance; MubiGames will route the report through its source and rights review process. The Game and Provider Disclaimer explains the provider boundary.
