MubiGames is a discovery and player interface for approved HTML5 browser games. This notice explains the boundary between MubiGames and independent game providers.
Independent provider content
Game code, artwork, names, trademarks, audio, in-game advertising, and runtime behavior may be supplied or controlled by an independent provider. Identification of a provider does not mean that it developed the game unless verified evidence says so. Rights and attribution remain with their respective owners.
Rights review
MubiGames does not assume that a publicly reachable game may be embedded. A game should remain unavailable or unpublished until its source, embedding rights, provider policy, attribution, assets, and relevant monetization restrictions are reviewed. Report a concern by following the Copyright and DMCA or Contact guidance.
Loading and privacy
Approved third-party games normally load only after you press Play. Loading a game may connect your browser directly to the provider, which may apply separate terms, privacy practices, cookies, storage, analytics, or advertising. Review the linked provider information where available.
Availability and suitability
Games can change, fail, be withdrawn, or behave differently by browser, device, region, orientation, network, or input method. MubiGames does not guarantee continuous availability, a particular game feature, or suitability for every player. Parents and guardians should supervise children and review provider information where appropriate.
No download claim
MubiGames is intended for browser play. A third-party prompt that appears inside a provider-controlled game is not automatically a MubiGames download recommendation. Do not install software or provide sensitive information unless you trust and have independently verified the destination.
